AMD-65 barrel extenion ?

The F.A.C. barrel extention can it be used with the orginal muzzle brake and be over 16 inchs, or do you have to buy the muzzle brake FAC sells to be over 16 inchs, and does it count a a U.S part.

An extension to use with the original break and an extended break that is a US parts.
