Advice request Yugo M-76 8mm Sniper

Does anyone have any information about the Yugo M-76 semi-auto sniper rifle? I’m curious to know how much I should expect to pay for one, what quality they are and how many were imported into the US.

p7m8, i dont know about qaunities, a ffl dealer had two of them and the batf made him send them back. they were beautiful, high quality typical of yugoslavian rifles. dark bluing, teak furniture and milled recievers. ive seen a few on the gun auction sites for around 2000 to 2500. good luck. i would love to have one of these also.

My friend had one, turned out all the original full auto parts were still in there, and if he got the safety switch in just the right spot, it was full auto. But unfortunately, I only got to see it once before it was send back to the BATF. They have kits available, but my friend says that there are no recievers anywhere.
