That's flippin halirous. Looks like a 458 win mag to me, might be a restocked .50bmg. But I'd bet it's a .458 win mag.

Not 50bmg action not large enough. There was a wildcat cartridge maker at one time that was working on big bore ctgs. I forget his name and the exact ctg. name but it was something like .504? naiouty (nay-ah-ty). Interestingly enough a lot of this persons experimental big bore stuff was built on British Enfield actions

These have been floating around for a couple of years now......the first time I saw them it was titled "why Palestinians throw rocks".
I believe it's either a .505 Gibbs or a .460 Weatherby.

Yep, it's a T-REX
There are TONS of videos of different people shooting it, and it puts
a hurtin' on anyone who shoots it. Said to be a African Hunting Guide's
Last Resort gun. In other words, the guide carries it, but only uses it
if being charged by a wounded Rhino or a mad Elephant!!!
Here are some comments from someone who saw it at SHOTSHOW back
in the 90's:
"577 Tyrannosaur" from A Square. This piece is designed to end all
discussion about stopping power. It is a bolt-action (1917), 3-plus-1,
13lb rifle which fires a 750-grain bullet at 2460 feet per second.
It is said to be the first sporting rifle cartridge that "breaks the
10,000 foot-pound barrier."
Supposedly when loaded at max powder, it generates about 11,000 ft pounds!!!
Ouch!!! :skull_cro
