First off, what does it take for the reporter to check out the house fire excuse and verify the dates?
2nd, She is a thief. Plain and simple.
If she stole $200 worth of shit from Wally Mart, what would you say?
Because she is effectively stealing from the taxpayers, it is okay?
Seems to be considering the number of dirtbags in this country who are doing just that.
Even if there was a fire, why should everyone else pay for it?
If you leave your gun at my house for me to use and my house burns down, you should just eat it?
Yeah, I know that's what most people would do.
It isn't right though.
People have no Code...
And this one is pigshit or she would have coughed up the dough a long time ago.

The public Library is always the one to be hit the hardest in a bad economy, along with mental health clinics.
Texas is no different then other states with overpriced retirements for its city employees, most retirees make more in retirement then they did working.
In order to keep their best employees during times of booming economies, they were promised the moon in retirement.
Now the tax payers are out on the limb.
