A good starter

I am new here. From reading around I have decided that I would like to purchase an AK from Arsenal but I dont know which one. I am new and this would be my first AK. So what would be a good starter.

I good starter would be the SAM-7 or SLR 105. I have recently got the SLR, a great rifle. If you need a dealer I can hook you up with an Arsenal distributor and moderator in Arsenal's website forum.

You can't go wrong with an Arsenal Inc AK! I've owned many AKs, parts-kits, Romanians, and the Arsenal is the best. It's well worth the money. I'm looking on buying two in September myself.

If you want one in 7.62x39 I'd with with the SAM-7S (S means it has a scope rail, incase you want to mount optics in the future).

If you want one in 5.45 or 5.56 you would want to check out www.arsenalinc.com

I'm only familiar with the 7.62x39 and you can't go wrong with it. It's about a pound? or so heavier loaded than the 5.56 or 5.45.

Check prices so you don't pay too much.
