Anyone seen any recently?

The only i've -ever- seen was at an off the wall ammo dealer at a local show who had a box. I paid him $50 for it and was tickled.

Theres always a ad in SHN 4 boxes(200 rounds) for $100....

Isnt Century selling this stuff now? I thought I saw it in their latest catalog they sent me. IIRC its Hotshot brand.

OK, I went and found my catalog, and there it is, right on the front cover. Its advertised as "Coming Soon". Hopefully it wont be like that Wolf .308 thats been "2-3 weeks away" for about 18 months now! :mad_small

The ad says its 100 gr. wadcutter ammo. Doesnt say price though.

Fiocchi still loads this, but they import very few cases into the US every year.

Still, ask your ammo guys if they deal with Fiocchi, since it's brass cased and boxer primed.

The December 20th issue of Shotgun News the Century International Arms ad on page 13 lists the Hotshot 7.62 Nagant 100gr wadcutter ammo. 50rds/box=$14.87
500rds/case=$144.87
The picture of the box of ammo in the ad you can see it is marked boxer primed, non corrosive, and made in USA.

I must be the bastard son, cause I looked at my DEC 22nd issue of SGN and didnt see the Nagant ammo listed?

Are you looking at the Dec 20 newsstand or subscription issue??? my subs. issue shows it right below the revolver, right hand side. HTH's

instead of paying big bucks for 7.62 nagant ammo, why not just get the .32 cylinder? 32 ammo is a whole lot cheaper and can be bought everywhere.

I have one for both my nagants, but thats not the point. I -would- like to use the original ammo it was designed for. :cool_smal

Actually, I just found two boxes of new Fiocchi FMJ ammo.

If you guys want it, email me and I'll get it out to you.

I think we're talking around $20.00 a box or so. This is new production Fiocchi full metal jacket military spec loads, boxer primed brass cased.

The issue I have is dated Dec. 22, that would mean there is now Dec. 20th issue...Unless one of ours is the RARE never before seen, pre-ban back issue....HEHEHE...

I bought it off the newstand but there is no difference...

The difference is the date you get them . The 12/20 subscription issue has a note under the date that says ( same as newsstand issue jan. 5 ). I have the rare pre-ban issue. ........the issue you have , I got 12/10. Subscribe !!! :D
