thanks for wasting bandwidth.

Sorry, justa, but the only thing being used is a bit of HD space. This is a general, non-firearms discussion forum after all.

However, I am a bit dismayed at your usage of the first word of this thread's subject. Perhaps you should be more considerate of the people on this forum who hold Him in higher esteem than you appear to do.

...and I do have lots of hobbies: collecting various things, good music (classical & opera), handbells, Lions Club, my pc, reading, theatre...and apparently, unintentionally, aggravating you. :straightf

Why, two weeks ago, I was in Las Vegas at the World Mystery Book Convention (Bouchercon). Three and a half days of panel discussions, hundreds of authors and just a bit under 2000 total attendees. Had a wonderful time and discovered several new (to me) authors to read. Thanks for asking, by the way.

...oh yeah, and the item I have a CCW for:

One last thing, at least I put my money where my 'mouth' is! :icon05:

babe,
i think if you just typed an X and hit the reply button, you would have a higher post count by now AND BORE US LESS.
my money i gave before you were a dot on the horizon. haven't slowed down lately long enough to write another check (you can't buy respect or competency, anyway).
as for fal and ak, my money is there, too. ask me sometime to show you the BIG gun.
as for theatre, yes, i have season tickets for center stage.
handbells and opera are boring, and bulldogs are passe. get a semi.
as for christ, i know him better than you ever will. he and i are buds from way back, just two guys out on the prowl.

Well, justa, I believe you have shown which of us is the boor. And why do you feel the need to explain so much?

BTW, my "money where my mouth is" post was a simple statement. If I had been referring to your lack of contributor status, I would have italicized the 'I'.

Yeah, you shouldn't waste so much bandwidth, Trixie.

Hey, look at the smilies! Did you notice them?

Wow, that's grumpy.

Blag

But I hardly ever use the oh anyway.

:o :o :o

So it doesn't really matter.

Hi, Jen! Unfortunately, I don't know of any good smilies sites, but I'll keep that in mind. There's some amazing ones around, I know.

I'm just trying to make sure this thread doesn't waste bandwith, by concentrating on what's important. It isn't easy, either, to maintain such concentration.

It takes discipline. :laugh_sma

And the proper attitude. :the_finge

I hope that Trixie is learning from my example how not to waste bandwidth. One should always instruct by example, I believe.

Of course you'll get various opinions about how people should be shown the error of their ways.

Altho I'm not sure I like the word "method." :huh_small

"System" might be a better word. :straightf

I might even go so far as to call it an "approach."

I'd like to help more, but I see that I have my 25 posts now - which is the most important thing - so I'm out of here. Also, I can brag that I didn't have to use the post count thread to do it. This thread worked fine.

You're on your own, babe, good luck.
