View Thread: Detroit area father executes son after teen confesses sex abuse of a 3y old baby girl

HIGHLAND PARK, Mich. -- A 37-year-old father irate over hearing his 15-year-old son had sexual contact with a 3-year-old girl made the teen strip at gunpoint, marched him to a vacant lot and shot him to death despite pleas from the boy and his mother, a relative said.

I say he is a hero.. there is no way to account for the children and women he saved from being raped in the future. The only thing I can not swallow: How he must have felt with his finger on the trigger, listening to his own son on his knees beg for his life. Amazingly powerful man. I pray for his healing the man has to be tore up right now. I cant imagine...

i hope he gets off the hook also. He manned up and did what he needed to.
Hopefully, he won't end up taking one for the team.

appropriate response, imho

I hope he goes to jail.... and continues.

I'd guess the Dad had had enough and did what he did because he knew the punk was Evil.
And you can't fix Evil.
Firefly
Good for him .If I was on that jury,I would let him off the hook.

No you can't. You can only exterminate it.
bubbazan68
wow the amout of pre crime or thought crime half of you spout out is unreal
SHOT imho no unless he had done it a few times
if it was his first then he should have had his D!@$ cut off and life in jail
Caldwell said the sexual misconduct allegation that led to the confrontation wasn't part of the police investigation.
now that is F#@$ed

No way the guy is a hero. Anyone who kills their own child, whatever the reason, cannot be a hero. That said, he did the only thing he could do. I mean, jesus.... I can't imagine being in his shoes, poor bastard.

No kidding. The man is a hero for doing what most anyone would not be able to do. He knew that his boy was an animal. Dad had the good sense to put the boy down.

You people who make this guy out to be a hero should take a close look at the article. It would appear that the father was not around to raise the boy. Mother and father have different names. What responsibility does this guy take for how his son turned out? He kills him. Does he now kill himself for not being good a parent?
Don't get me wrong, I'm not excusing the boys actions but at the same time, what would the reaction be if an officer had showed up to pick the kid up on charges, he confesses and the officer takes him out and shoots him?
I've seen people post different articles about how they admire sharia law. Do we really want that type of action allowed here in America? I know our judicial system is broke, but adopting a barbaric system will not fix it. It will finish off the freedoms we enjoy.
Suppose your daughter comes home crying and you ask her why. She tells you Joe done something to her. You grab your gun and go put Joe down. When you come home and tell her it's taken care of, she really starts screaming and tells you she was just mad at him and before you got there he had called her and they made up on the phone. Now how do you undo that?
Suppose Joe was your son.
Take great care in what you wish for or you just may get it.

FYI I do not condone what the father did.
However, If it were MY 3 year old being raped by a 15 year old I'd shoot the SOB in a heartbeat.
partymember
well... his family name is safe now
job well done

Amazing your guys take on this. I could not do this to my own son. My heart would be broken, I would suffer. I know a man who's son commited murder, actually the son murdered my ex-sister-in-law and I worked for the father, tradgic and heart breaking for everyone.

I work with sex offenders. That is why I consider the dad a hero. The son would get out in a few years and go right back to what he was doing before. They never change.

IMHO, the father of the 15-year-old should not have executed the boy who raped the 3-year-old. The father of the 3-year-old should have been the one to do it (although I *DO* agree that it needed to be done) instead. It would have seemed more like justice to me. That said, the father who shot his son does not deserve to go to prison over this. He is going to suffer enough with the memory of what kind of monster he created for the rest of his life.
But if you want to look for "blame" outside of the kid who did it, perhaps looking at the influences in the society he was raised in that would allow a 15-year-old boy to think that it was somehow OK to do something like that in the first place might be in order? He was old enough to know better. Maybe if SOMEONE had been there all along to tell him "No" and whip him if need be when he was a little younger, and to guide him and then explain to him WHY he got spanked and how he should act instead, maybe that might have avoided the whole evil situation in the first place? Too late now for that one, but how many others out there are going to wind up dead or in prison because of the same "self-empowerment" permissiveness that pervades the way our youth are being raised today?
Or maybe the kid was just plain evil, and did what he did because it was simply in his nature to do it? If so, then his dad did the only thing he could do to correct the mistake of unleashing his spawn on the rest of the world. What was Bill Cosby's line about what his father said? "I brought you into this world, and I can take you out of it and make another!"

No doubt that these animals need to die if guilty, But, a trial was in order. You folks hoping for anarchy so you can kill commies, better be careful, you just might get it....
Besides something sounds hinkey here..............stripped naked and marched into a vacant lot? Sounds like dad is a bit of a prev too, me thinks the truth was about to come out maybe? In any case I'll wait for all the facts before making my mind up.
FullAuto.... the voice of reason, who would have thought it?
Black_Wolf
Good riddance ya f*cking piece of shit.
Edited to comply with the sticky I JUST SAW IN THE DB FORUM.
I'll buy ya a beer for that anyday, buddy.
Pvt.Joker
Fullautotogo, you seem to put a LOT more faith in the "justice" system than some of the rest of us do. The revolving door for these savages bears witness to the reason for that lack of faith, however, especially in cases of these types of predators. What you label anarchy, some will label delayed TRUE justice, others payback. But regardless of label, at least THAT molestor won't hurt ANOTHER child ever again. And I for one find it hard to see the regret in that.

Stepping outside of the scenario of rape and age, let's try to keep an open mind about this... Thus here is my opinion...
It's really sad that we live in this type of world but as long as "mankind" has existed, he has perpetuated atrocities against his own species. Call it what you want in this scenario, the ends doesn't justify the means. :skull_cro
Nobody in this country should be denied "due process", even if there was 100 witnesses and video of the atrocity that took place. He should be judged by a panel of his peers and an appropriate judgment laid on his head by a wise an learned judge. Note: Please, no wise cracks here, I know we don't live in a perfect world. And I know our system can be flawed from the perspective of the prosecutor, defense, judge, or panel of peers. It is the system that we have today and it is in need of much repair and overhaul. But, it's the only system we have and is better than most. This is not part of my debate and I won't debate anyone else’s opinion on it.
My point is, if you want to be dragged out of your house, into the public "square", and have an individual citizen accuse you of a “crime” in their mind that you did or did not commit, bring down what they think is appropriate judgment upon you (regardless of the crime), then it is my opinion that you don't believe in a free and just system of .gov. After all, civilization is defined (not the dictionary definition) by our ability to come together as a culture, protect one another, and grow our quality of life and creature comfort.
That being said, if it was my 3 year old that was being raped, I am sure I would want to put a bullet into the head and heart of the bastard that did it as well. After all, I am only human, but the higher capability of my thinking capacity dictates that there is just forms of punishment that is dictated by the masses that would fit the crime. Too bad nowadays, that crime would be 5-10 years and being registered as a sex offender then released. We all know that statistics on that, most DO repeat. We can only be wary and watchful over our loved ones and befriend lots but only trust a few and in most cases, only yourself.
As additional commentary, I think that we should elect officials that change the laws in this country to justify the ends and the means without being too PC. In recent history, it just takes an accusation of child molestation to ruin your life (take a sec and let that sink in)… Just an accusation. It can happen to anyone, as it happened to one of my friends. In his scenario, his wife’s deadbeat son and daughter were trying to extort them for money. After years of court battles, 10s of thousands of dollars in defense and appeals attorneys, and a stint of 5 years in federal prison, he is finally out and cleared of all charges. There is literally “no defense” against it without a huge amount of disposable income on your side (they had to go in debt to the hilt, and I am not sure how they can continue to survive today with the bills they have. I just keep praying for them). Remember, the state has “unlimited” resource and can peruse you to your grave. No judge would vote against it, no jury would let an alleged abuser go, it's just too much for them to risk for their conscious or their career. I am saying this because of the new appointee U.S. District Judge David Hamilton of Indiana. Good post by lsmurphy (http://www.akfiles.com/forums/showthread.php?t=59512&highlight=judge) where judges make decisions by feeling vs. the weight of the law or level new laws from the bench. Last time I checked, we have a “system” for that.
Anyway, I am rambling on here and probably not making much sense. I also need to go and get my 12 year old golden at the vet. She is recovering from 3 golf ball size cysts being removed from under her skin (blech). Don’t worry, she is doing fine so they say. :sidegrin_

i am glad i do not have the same god as most of you
the kind that gives JUSTICE
and the kind that will condem you for your thoughts.
the story does not say he did it many times, we dont know
yet how many of you spout precrime or thought crime
for him getting shot for all the people he "might have hurt"
i am glad i have a god that forgives me and yet while i was his enemy
he died in my place to set me free from this body of sin and death
as tevia said on fidler on the roof
"if we had and eye for an eye EVERYONE would be blind and toothless"
if you have ever looked at a young woman who you KNEW was under 18
and you thought how hot she was then YOU are ALL guilty
and by your own law should be shot
licensed2carry.com
there are no winners in this scenario.
Black_Wolf
Yes, there are some winners here, actually.
The little children that can now grow up without having the searing memories of a sicko lowlife playing with their privates and forcing them to play with his.
I call that a big win!
Rabid dogs are just that, rabid.
You do not rehabilitate, for you can't.
You destroy and destroy again till the head of the beast is severed, never to be reared again.
Tragic, yes.
Necessary?
Yes!
Black_Wolf
sharia(sp) law?
Just saw it TODAY in the DB. :straightf
GDR_ak47
Good riddence. One less POS pedo out there. That man did have guts to do that though. I don't think I ever could if it was a family member of mine.
bluak47
ramble more often Titanium5 :-)
and also thanks, bubbazan68, i too remember.
fresh meat for the wolves:
one out of four boys is sexually molested by an immediate family member, one of three girls.
worldwide. for many years now.
the 'cycle of sexual violence' is statistically at play here.
"stripped naked and marched into a vacant lot..."
we have the answer right there. some f%ing hero, and yes, both three year olds, and teenagers can and do sing. unless their dead. sorry guys, dads most likely immediate problem, and then our society.
find mercy, warriors. shoot straight and true.
Mandaree36
Yeah the dad should have let the system take him in, rehab him...and then let him loose...
That always works...
knall
My mistake, i thought I had already chimed in here.
ALBATROSS!!!
bluak47

or, then again, you could just take out a solid third of the worlds pop,
and let God sort it all out.
mandy, we both know rehab don't work. agreed.
Pvt.Joker
Well then, perhaps Big Daddy should have saved the next round for himself if that's the case?
Frankly, I do agree that our species needs some chlorine added to the gene pool.
mojo00
Daddy brought him into this world......seems right Dad takes him out of it too.
pogi
He should be given a key to the city.
