I think what he was trying to say is that the constitution does not apply to these terrorist.I think he does care about the constitution when it comes to Americans but I could be wrong.He could/should have chosen his words a little more carefully though,td

Cheap shot in my opinion. The great body of his work reflects that he does indeed care about the Constitution and how it is applied to everyday American life.

I never agreed with B. O'Reilly on gun control but in this case other than poorly chosen words I do. The 9/11 hijackers have admitted guilt. Screw any damn trial. They should be impaled and slowly languish to be buried in a pigskin in a sewage pond. This was an act of war and pure terrorism and should be treated as such. May they rot in hell...
