I got an easy answer for this.

Immediate BCD and a requirement to reinburse the Service for all training received.

She enlisted.
She spread her legs.
She had a kid.

Seems to me she has got to do what she wanted for some time now. Time to pay the Piper...

Simple solution. Give her a OTH (maybe I'm too nice but a BCD seems harsh) discharge for being unsuitable for military service and she can find some other way to make a living.

Stealing service pay and benefits (to the tune of tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars) with no intention of performing her duties seems deserving of a BCD to me. Much more so than some guy that just can't seem to make it to work on time. And that can get a BCD...

Chapter out on a 'medical hardship clause'. RE3 code. Means you can come back in when your medical hardship has been resolved but you will need a waiver. Some months we allow waivers, others we dont.

People who deliberately shirk a deployment SHOULD receive Dishonorable Discharges. Its not like they didnt think they were ever gonna deploy in this day and age.......

Unfortunately, Dishonorable and Other than Honorable discharges are rare. What usually happens the soldier complains of some condition why they cant stay in. Lets say, Im unhappy" MEDCOM give then a code and lets em go....but what that they dont know is that the code means 'underlying mental disorder'. So the kid goes to reenlist in a few years after he realizes he never should have left and he finds out hes in a catch 22. Got out on a medical mental condition that he really didnt have. So now hes gotta go get docs on the condition from medcom....medcom doesnt have them because they never treated it, just labeled it and sent him out......

Yeah, its convoluted as hell, but trust me, there are some real good ways to make sure these shitbags never get to serve our country again. And the former soldier wastes plenty of their own time trying to find stuff that doesnt exist to get them back in.....
