View Thread: Psop mount and 922 question

Would a US made side mount for a Bulgy 74 count as 1 US made part and once affixed to a reciever they would count as two?

Or, once affixed the two would only count as 1 and be considered part of said reciever?

These kits did not come with a mount, so I dont see why adding one, as long as it was US made, would not count as a compliance part SEPERATE of the reciever and be two compliance parts.

At least that is my take on it, though, I could be wrong?

Unfortunately (or fortunately), there is a set list of parts that matter for 922r compliance.

Not every part on the gun is countable.

Scope mounts are NOT countable.
