If gov can compel you to purchase health insurance (by LAW), a specific health insurance, then-

Presidence will have been set to by law and threat of imprisonment and fine to compel you to purchase or prohibit the purchase of any and all things.

If you have not thought deeply of the implications of this one bill, the HC bill, in whatever form it is realized then you REALLY need to think about it.

It is the last nail in the coffin of personal choice and sovereignty of self. You will go from Citizen to Chattel in the stroke of a pen. Think on it. VERY SERIOUSLY.

I do not believe that this will pass constitutional muster in the SCROTUS.

Doesn't matter though. Their intent and their arrogance, even their treason are enough.
