ID this drum

I picked up a couple drums over the weekend and I'm unsure who made them.
They are the wind up type the only marking are the numbers 9396 below the winding knob. does any one know were these came from.

Your gonna have to do better than that. A picture or 5 would be nice.

I ASSUME your talkin 7.62 x 39 mags? how many rounds?

Probably the "new" korean or romanian though.

I will post a pic tonight. I believe they are 75 rounds and I also think you are correct on the make but the OCD in me has to know for sure.

9396 is Chinese.
