View Thread: MAK-90 to Krink?

Man with a gun...
Has anybody ever converted a Mak-90 to a krink or SBR'd it?
I was thinking something along these lines...

P.S. don't hate on my choppin' lol...

Looks great, like the wood stock the best.

Why not get a Romy Draco and do that, as opposed to destroying a perfectly good rifle?

We all know that there won't be anymore Norinco AKs coming into the country, so I think it's probably better to do a build on a U.S. receiver on a correct Krink kit.

Pros:
1.you'll spend less money and definitely less headache.
2.you won't have to chop a perfectly good rifle.
3.You end up with a authentic clone instead of a bastard bubbah gun.

If you do end up building a krink off of a Norinco MAK90, don't expect to ever recover the cost should you ever want to sell it because the value of the gun is no longer there.

If I was going to do it, I would use a Saiga as a platform for it.

Yet if I get a cheap Norinco in very bad shape cosmetics wise, then why not.

The fact that the originals are selling for so much money reaffirms my belief that a copy would sell well if done tastefully.
