svt 40

Picked this up last night traded a friend a couple guns for it .
I need to research it.

marking was used by the Kovrov arsenal.
"The Tokarev SVT40 rifle produced at Kovrov is a prime collectable and rarely encountered."

And it has no import markings

As for no Import mark, you need to look at the right receiver rail with the cover off. On my SVT, the import mark is tiny.
Also, on th e right side of the gun, where th e release for t he FCG is, there might be a "T " number. I had mine for months before i found it.
