Marking looks correct. Is it a Galil style right folder?

HERE is the serial number, CS-060XX

And the question is?

It has Galil style right folder. Is the serial number right for a true pre-ban 1989?

The rear engraving is correct for that era and what little the photo shows is also on the money. There were very few Galil style right side folders from PT. I am not familiar with the serials.
