Were 74's ever blued?

were any of the early models Blued? or were they all painted Black? if so was it a gloss black? (Im thinking either Duracoat, or Blueing mine) want to make mine look like an early Russian

I believe the East Germans blued their AKs.

The Russians love their parkerizing and paint, though.

Out of the 70 or so AK 74 kits I went through, a couple were parked, the rest a lacquer-based paint over park. All the romys were parked.
