It was easy I dont know why some people send their guns off to be converted.

+1 on doing the conversion yourself, more satisfying, not to mention learning about the weapon. Had a chance to test that Polychoke yet?

Yes I am very satisfied with the choke I plan on hunting turkey with it this year. I bet with the polychoke 2 and the kobra sight I should be able to get a gobbler easily.

i've been on the fence about whether to convert one myself or send it off...definitely going to do the job myself after seeing yours(as soon as i get an s12, that is...)

how hard to swap the rear sight block and which one worked for you? soon as I get my dinzag handguard retainer Ill have mine finished, I do like the ak style hand guards though

That is the one part that I didn't mod myself. I don't have much experience welding on metal as thin as the gas tube so I sent the gas tube to dinzag to have the rear sight block welded on but this mod has went up $50 since I had it done.
