I saw a good deal on a Polish front end, will a Bulgy bolt, carrier, etc go behine it OK? I am new to these 74s. Thanks

Yes, long as it headspaces good you shall be all set. Poliski and Bulgy AK74 bolt and Carriers are exactly the same.
