I made it out to the range yesterday for the first time since getting a PK-01V for my SAR2. What a great optic! It sits nice and low so it co-witnesses with the iron sights, but there was still enough clearance that I could remove the dust cover, bolt carrier/piston, and bolt for cleaning without having to move the optic. I was happy to find that the dot was bright enough outdoors to not get washed out in the sunlight. I didn't beat on it but it seems pretty sturdy. It was also plenty accurate. Out to 100 yards I turned down the brightness to make the dot a bit smaller, and headshots at that distance were no problem.
Anyway, just thought I'd post my experience with this because I am pretty excited to have this on my rifle.
As an aside...has anyone mounted one of these to a flat-top AR? It looks like it could come off the mount that came with it.
