Apex got those for $95. All reports state way inferior to Chin. Metal is very light and can be pushed in on the sides, this was from someone who also has a Chin!
India is now also selling these!

im a little concerned that theyre selling for less than the top loading drums were. not a good sign

The other board as a side by side comparison with the Chinese and the opinion is while not as heavy as the Chinese, still well made and sturdy, with a few minor kinks.

I have chinese and romanian drums. The chinese are superior. The romanian are lighter steel, but for the difference in price I would buy the romanian. These seem to be very good drums. I have four of each and all function fine.
