Anybody fired an AK w blank ammo w blank adapter?

Guys I wanna turn one of our guns into a blank shooter. Do the screw on adapters work? \ Who can I get blanks from? (small lot, maybe 100-300)

This will be for training our junior soidiers and let them hear something other than airsoft pelets. I figure a nice ak will get thir motivated blood mooving!

Do you mean the Finnish Plastic blanks ("bullet" stays with case when fired) like Century has now?

They also have Eqytpian and Serbian blanks listed.

Just looking for a 7.62x39 blank. Training purposes for my JR troops. I want to buy a screw on blank adapter and a few hundred rounds....

The blank adapters work well for these Russian blanks.

We contracted a company out of Georgia to come to Bragg and provide OPFOR for our MP companies getting ready to head down range. They brought EVERYTHING, from AK's to RPG simulators (rocket motor thing on a zip line across the road with a blast on the other side,...right out of hollywood!). They had actual Iraqi nationals in man-dresses and IP uniforms, the whole nine yards. Good stuff. Your idea is probably MUCH less expensive, but anytime you can make training more realistic, its a positive thing in my book.
