I remember right before the election, Golden Tiger at J&G was at $150/1000rd case. If thats where it goes, ill buy a couple of cases. I just wish I could get the Yugo surplus on stripper clips for $200/1120rd case again or even cheaper.

Yeah!, $150/case would be great, but I'm not holding my breath for it. Should it get down to about $200/case, delivered to my door like Ammoman does, I'll order up a half ton or so,

i called the local place that has the best GT price this morning and he said $269.
maybe ill email them the jgsales link showing $230 and tell them to beat that

That was what 2003/2004 and I was trying to decide rather I wanted to spend $79 for a case of Wolf or $69 for a case of "surplus" from Russia, Bulgaria, etc..

Had I seen this crap coming I would have at least 20 cases stock piled back then to weather the price gouging storms.

how does tiger stack up up to wolf or the bears are they all the same

my understanding (of their reputations) is the bears are produced by Barnaul so its good shooting stuff.
GT is considered better (cleaner, more accurate and actually usually cheaper) than wolf by most if not every oppinion ive read.
wolf is wolf (not knocking it, just saying)

how does tiger stack up up to wolf or the bears are they all the sameI personal like Tiger Ammo the best. It's the cleanest shooting commercial ammo I have used at lest. As for Surplus, I would have to go with the m67 Yugo ammo. It is very corrosive but just us Windex after you done shooting and there is no problem then. The Windex's brakes down the salt in the primer and make it water soluble. ( Chemistry Science final paid off ):small_gri

Its cheap right now too,but I'm gonna have to wait a couple months before I could get anymore gunstuff :(
