and to think I've been shooting this stuff... I didn't realize it was made of GOLD!

hey, yeah, this aint the marketplace is it?
MP rules don't apply then?
wow, nearly a dollar a round? after shipping it would be...
it's even higher priced than Gunbroker...I didn't think that would be possible...
like wow man...like wow.....
but 7n1 is great at any price...any price.
wow man.

Hmm; normally I'd say not to jump on another poster's ad. It's his ammo, and he can ASK whatever price he wants for it. He might not get it, but it IS his choice to set the price and let the market determine if he is out of line or not. But then again, this ISN'T the marketplace section, which is where this post belongs, so that is a legitimate criticism about the post.
roman
I understand that this is not the market place section, I did post there as well, being that this ammo is so specific to the Dragunov, hence the reason I wanted to let everyone know that I am selling mine.
If you do not agree with my price, please pm me offers and I can always consider them. Thanks.

While I agree with the other posters about your price being too high, your civilized response has earned you points in my book. Good luck with your sale.

Just an FYI to the seller... my original comment was not even meant to be a criticism of his price... but commentary on how much this ammo has increased in value in the last year. 7N1 is 7N1 ... is 7N1. It's hard to find and it's price fluctuates wildly based on when and how much if it makes it in country.

I agree, I was luck enough to find a case before the Obama craze, now after selling my NDM-86 this ammo is just laying around, I don't want to get rid of it, but like most, I can use the money right now. Thanks, Roman

To be perfectly honest, al 200 yards and with an 8x scope I found little difference between 7N1 and Wolf Gold. If I had to pick a winner it would be 7n1 but only by an RCH....groups were maybe 1/2" tighter, not enough (for me) to justify the cost.
roman
You have a good point, but some love the fact that this ammo is a collectable as much as it is accurate.

Damn I guess I done good at $155/tin at Outdoor Marksman less than a year ago.

Same here Fortis, I bought mine Oct. of last year. Good thing I bought 6 cans!! I've only shot around 100 rds, but hey looks like it was a great investment!!

^ I was only able to buy one tin at the time(damn). I`ve thought of using it for deer but haven`t heard much on it`s effectiveness for that. Definitely won`t be killing too much paper w/ it. I`d think the air pocket/lead knocker design would make for a decent hunting round.

I managed to get two cases from Outdoor...
they're on the back end of this truck here...unfortunately they fell off somewhere's between california and hawaii whn I drove over there...
