View Thread: WTK dph Russian Style AK scope rail

Does this unit share a rivet with the rear trunion, or are all three rivets independent? I have used the Belarus and the Leaper's copy and the bulgarian, but not this one.

The contact us feature on dph's website doesn't work.

I haven't used one or seen one but the picture of the "Russian style" one on DPH's website is the exact same photo on Ohio Rapid Fire's website. I haven't heard anything good about the ORF rail and have heard it's out of spec and soft.

thanks. If "ORF" is even in the same conversation, I'm not interested.

I've been very happy with the Leapers/UTG/TickBite/Dave's Collectible one, and it is convenient because I can add it after the fact without redoing the rear trunion rivet. Its a copy of the Belarus one, but nicer machined and half the price. I'd love to use the K-Var Bulgarian one, which shares a rear trunion rivet, but it is 4x the cost, and in the AK market (unfortunately) most people don't care, and don't want to pay the difference.
