Looks like Egyptian, which I would be careful of, but the price really isn't bad.

I bought some Egyptian back in the 90's and got a BUNCH of hang-fires. Not bad for just blasting, but not serious reliability.

Yup, or one of the three Bears, or the Ulyanovsk from Copes for $249.99 a thousand. Lots of less expensive options.
