View Thread: AK-74 jump case help

Could anyone post a pic or try to explain how the webbing straps on a Bulgarian jump case and how they work? Mine has no leather but one soft strap at the top about 3ft long and one short about mid way about 10 inches long. It has a compartment for what I assume is the mag and nothing else. It is a VERY soft green material (like your pajamas soft) and overall looks very light weight for a paratrooper drop case. Did they let the rifle sling hang out to attach it to the soldier or what? I can't see these wrinky dinky straps doing much but keeping the flap shut. I sure hope their parachute riggings are made tougher than this thing. Any help?, thanks
