I wanted to get the kit but its been around a while but only in developmental stages?

Not a fan. Some folks really like them though so I'm sure they will go like hot cakes.

As of now the only ones 'supposedly' available will only take standard stick mags/will not accept MDArms or Wraithfaker drums.
Click on the instruction sheet on the website. It appears to be a better design than other Bullpup designs for AK type firearms.

It looks/is butt stock heavy.

I would like to see a off the hip mag dump, looks like the empties would hit the firing arm on their way out. It seems like it would be a hand full to control of the hip (with the same ammo), like i said it looks like, since I have not fire one like that.

For some reason it looks just as long as a regular PG converted Saiga 12, or is it a optical illusion. It may look good in a SBSG configuration.
