Threaded barrel for muzzle brake? how to, or what to get?

i am going to be building a very bubbad mosin. dont yell at me its a mismatched 91/30 out of parts. but it dose have a very nice new bore and i want to make a very accurat bubba sniper out of it it will have a posp scope mount custom wood laminate dragunov home made stock i may even attempt to put a psl mag on it. i will be doing all of this on the forums for everyone to see.

I have spent many 100's of hours research on all of what i will be doing to the gun...

That said i am having a hell of a time finding out what muzzle brake to put on i really what a dragunov style as i think it would be a good type. this is a buget build so please no really expensive suggestions please. i want to have it thread on and am not shur what size to make the treads (will depend on the brake i guess) and also need a sorce for the die set. any help would be greatly valued thanks in advance. will post picks all the way of my build thanks....

You want to thread the muzzle for 14x1 LH (left Hand), as that will give you all sorts of options for Russian style muzzle devices. I've used the kit from these folks for several projects and are easy to use.

The drag flash hider at nodakspud is a great copy and works, but it is not a muzzle brake. The best brake / flash hider I've found for bolt actions are these:

Not cheap, but really tame the recoil.

I think the custom muzzle breaks with the tiny holes would be the best...

it's put on all the hunter's rifles at my guinsmith's shop....I think he makes it himself?

I've seen similar on the Socom S-16 .308....
