RPK Which One?

I want to get one of these but which one is the most accurate as far as rpk's are concerned. Thanks

The century builds have the chrome lined barrel right?

Get a Romanian AES 10B..... its as close to a "real" RPK as one can get.

You might find this stupid but I don't like the belt fed thing.

That's why I wanted an RPK.


Now if we were talking FA then that's a diffrent story.

The Yugos(m72) are not chrome-lined, whereas the Romanians are.

There are still a few of the virgin Yugo RPK kits around, get one of those and a NDS Yugo RPK receiver. Build and finish yourself or send it off to one of the AK smiths. I have a Rommy RPK built up on a NDS receiver and one of the Rommy RPK kits that CFS was selling a few years ago. Very nice firearm!

RPD kit. The receiver is not a reweld quality. and the new barrel isn't chrome lined.

Are you familiar with the build? if you are. get a wise lite arms 100% receiver, and semi kit, and a MGS orig barrel kit. If you are looking for a reweld Sarco sells the demil receiver for $100.

IMO unless you have a mill / skills or are looking for a hobby just buy a Vector RPD
