How do the Korean AK Drum mags hold up? Copes has some in and I was thinking about one. Are Romanians better? Thanks for your info.

If they are like the other new Korean-made magazines on the market, they are junk. The other new Korean magazines have been falling apart and they haven't been on the market long.

Romy drums are completely different design. The Korean drums appear to be copies? of Chinese drums which are more desireable.

Still trying to get my Korean 40 rounder to fall apart.

Does/Has anyone picked up one of these? If so how are they?

I dont have experience with the drums, but my ATI American Tactical Imports (KOREAN) 30rd magazine is pure garbage. There is very little tension from the magazine, the rounds fall out when loading, and the mouth is too wide.

The sting of poor quality will last much longer than the thrill of a low price.

Buy junk, buy twice.

Last week Romanian copies of the Chin. Drums started popping up all over, the cheapest place is APEX Gun Parts for $95. Alledgedly these were also made on Chin. Tooling!

Most of the Romanian drum magazines are in the Soviet pattern. Bulgaria does make some drum magazines in the Chinese pattern.

Ah yes, I have heard of them. I think the Bulgarian made Chinese type might be more popular. I think a few other countries are making the Chinese type also.
