I want to obtain a FFL to make it easier (and cheaper) to obtain weapons. Not to sell persay, but to buy online and such. Which forms do i need, and the sites i can obtain these from?
Thanks!!!

You are exactly the person ATF doesn't want to have a dealer's FFL, the infamous "Kitchen Table Dealer". There were once many hundreds of thousands of "dealers" with FFLs, many of them were working out of their homes or garages and got it mainly for the wholesale pricing, with an occasional sale to their friends. ATF couldn't inspect even a fraction of that amount and many years ago started a campain to eliminate any "dealer" who was not working out of an actual gunshop. Worked too, IIRC there are less than 50,000 dealers currently across the US.
To get a commercial FFL you will need to have an actual storefront for selling, regular hours you are open every week, and must meet all local building/zoning/fire codes. They will inspect your premises and give you a quick lesson in paperwork before you receive your FFL, along with annual compliance inspections. (if they get around to you)
There is a type 03 FFL "Collector of Curios and Relics", commonly known as a "C&R License". This is much easier to get as it is not a commercial license. It allows you to purchase and have guns shipped direct to you that are on the "Curio and Relic List". Look at ads in Shotgun News, if a gun has "C&R Eligible" or similar next to it you can buy it with an 03 FFL. Other than haveing to keep an inventory book of your acquisitions and sales there is no paperwork requirements and if ATF wants to inspect your inventory you can schedule it at their office, you don't have to let them in your home. It's only good for C&Rs though, modern firearms still have to go through a commercial dealer.
Check out the ATF website, the local field office can send you all the forms you need. They do change from time to time and they should have the latest version.

In block 10 it states "a completed copy of this form has been sent or delivered to the chief law enforcement officer of the locality in which the premises are located"
Does this imply that i need to take a copy of this form to the local sheriffs office where i filled out my Concealed carriers permit?
