this bears watching but would probably be immediately struck down in a post heller world.

this is a legal minefield in so many ways. of course that doesn't mean they can't try.
dhs has already stepped on their collective d**ks for labeling non-libs as extremists and was forced to make nicey. once again, public apologies don't mean the policies and attitudes have changed but there was certainly an angry response from we the people. time will tell.

It didn't sound like much of an apology to me, but maybe that's because they sent me off to war 3 freakin times, and now they're calling me a perspective terrorist because I went.
