Need ID and Info on sniper rifle

I had a guy come by to get some info on an old rifle his grandfather left him when he passed away. its a Mosin Nagant in sniper config missing scope, no import marks, dark almost black wood, on the reciever it has a 02 under it dated 1953 then serial then flaming bomb??? with a 2 stamped on it then the serial number bc35xx, on the bolt it is stamped with the 02 several places then also has a circle with a 56,79,has 02 stamped on scope base it has all matching numbers

"02" is Hungarian. How long is the barrel? A Hungarian rework may have an "R" stamped on it.

yep thats it the last site that say s they were nam bring backs has the strap just like this one
