e-mail question

I got an e-mail w/ attached picture that I`d like to post but can`t use "properties" url like normal. Tried to scroll over message, copy & post but it didn`t capture the image. I still can`t figure out how to embed pictures instead of posting link. Any ideas? Thanks.

FIrst, you'll need to save the picture from your email to your Desktop (or wherever).

After that, you should be able to use the Attachments manager.

IMHO, I prefer using ImageShack (http://imageshack.us) and direct linking (you can use the same ImageShack URL on multiple forums, but can only use the attached image here).

Open a Photobucket account and upload the pics there.

In the account hover your cursor over the pic you want till you get a drop down of codes.

Cut and copy the IMG CODE only.

Paste the code in a reply box in whatever thread you are commenting in or starting.

Done.

Right Click On Pic,Scrool To Down Drop Menu To: Save In, Click My Pics after you Name It What You Want.


Take it to PhotoShop or whatever Pic Progran you are using and check the size. Here and on most Forums 720 Pixels Wide is Ideal or whatever size you want without distorting . Save as JPEG In My Pics and upload on PhotoBucket or wherever you are Hosting Site and use the Pic Here Copy=Ctrl then Paste=Ctrl V to paste to your post. Very Simple.
