We'll see how this plays out. As far as I have heard many of our police dept's have been issued this as a memo, so maybe they'll think twice about arresting people for exercising their rights.
Frankly I'm surprised, AG Van Hollen has been ignoring this issue for awhile, but the couple of cases as of late and all the pressure must have put some pressure on him to straighten things out.
