Unconfirmed users have access to the PM system & unfortunately the Spammers have started abusing it.

Hey, I'm a kink with the best of 'em, but don't need some jerk filling up my PM box with uninvited and untalented crap. Ha!
I realize it's a bit tough to block them in the admin area, you guys have enough to deal with but the slimeballs always find a way ..
