View Thread: Krink optic??

I'm a bit premature on this as I won't take delivery of the weapon for another 3.5 months. But does anybody have a good recommendation for an optic? And can you include a pic. I'm getting a bulgarian krink with a hinged topcover...don't know if that makes a difference. And I'll probably wait to get the weapon before I purchase. I looked at the Larue Iron dot, but I still don't know if it will mount to my iron sights. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks...also please remember pics if possible.

I installed a Bulgi side mount rail from K-VAR Corp my AKSU sbr. My PK-ASV works well on this weapon because I don't miss using the iron sights like I would if it were mounted on a rifle with a longer sight radius. It rides a bit high so you won't get a good cheek weld, but you'll still hit anything inside 100m with your AKS74U, no problem. Keeping both eyes open when shooting is new to me, and very nice I have to add.

Also, the PK-AS and PK-ASV have a black halo etched in the glass for daytime use or when batteries fail.

The kobra 8-02 is nice too also but the power switches are cast metal and are known to shear off, and overall it doesn;'t seem to be quite as rugged.
