Whats the difference between a plain ole Norinco SKS verus the Norinco Paratrooper??

I think that's one of the short barrel ones. A 16.5" instead of 20.5", so the paratrooper is 4 inches shorter. The paratrooper I think might have a bayonet and the "cowboy" carbine has no bayonet and a scope rail with a 16.5" barrel. A standard SKS barrel is 20.5".

thank for that link 16 good info there, i got it for a steal about a year ago paid $120 for it, but the scope rail was taken off for a b square scope mount i still have the original rail if i ever find an affordable mount, but i may just put an ak style mount on it though
