I purchased 2 rifles from rguns M4 AR STYLE rifles for the purpose of -4-*investment I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE 2 TO 4 WKS when I called back later to change the order I was told they would have to cancel order & I would have to wait 4 to 12 weeks from this date i OLD HIM I had been told 2-4 He said they should have not told me that.Heres MY?HE COULDNT ANSWER.lets say acertain new pres & his congress start passing laws that would ban these type rifles will I STILL BE ABLE TO GET MINE SINCE i WAS ON WATING WELL before these laws went into effect?

that would be a no. the rifles haven't transferred yet. vendor's waiting lists mean nothing.
fortunately it's highly unlikely that a new awb will take affect in 12 weeks.

It really depends on how the legislation is written. Congress knows we do have the rkba so they generally do not attack ownership directly. for instance machine guns were never outlawed only taxed into oblivion. If i remember correctly by the rules of the last AWB you still would have been alowed to purchase the gun if you were on a waiting list as long as it was mfg'd before the magic date, of course getting the company to cooperate with you and not lie and just say oops we missed is another thing.
