Chinese or Bulgy?

I traded for an ak 47 drum mag a while back and I'm thinking of trading or selling it. I think it's Chinese, but want to be sure before advertising it as such. On the rear cover is a stamping of 36 inside a triangle. Can anyone identify it for sure?
