does under barrel pistol=SBR?

does an under barrel mounted pistol=an SBR? have seen a few pics of glocks mounted under AR's, and just thought that you now "shoulder" the weapon, so would it be considered an SBR

That is indeed an interesting question............may be one for the BATF or at least check with local athorities....

I understand that its a legal rifle and a legal pistol.... the question is...... does mounting a pistol to a rifle count as a shoulder stock ON A PISTOL.

BTW this would be an AOW (any other weapon) stamp not a SBR (short barreled rifle) stamp if aplicable. (because its allready a pistol) I am pretty sure the laws will vary from state to state.... and as far as the feds are concerned its fine. Just my 2 cents

Real interesting question....... never thought of it till you mentioned it. I have a 18" (legal barrel from FTFindustries actualy a tad longer than 18") rem 870 under my colt AR 15 so I never bothered checking cause its all legal length.

It would be an SBR, not an AOW should ATF rule the combo an NFA regulated firearm. AOWs have to be "concealable", which they take to mean under 26" overall length.

I would assume ATF would rule the Glock/AR combo is an SBR, as the Glock is now intended to be fired from the shoulder and has a short bbl.
