Where are the indentations?

Does anyone own an AES-10B with the mag stabilizing indents? Mine doesn't have any and all but one of my mags wobble very badly, and not just a little either. So will a small shim soldered or spot welded on each side inside help correct this?

it more then likely will help it.........some of the military RPK I have seen pictures of do not have the mag indent, rather there is indication that a shim was put inside the mag well and spot welded in place......if you are going to put a shim in there, I would make sure it's not too thick that you can't install the mag.........a little side to side mag wobble is normal in a AK

+1 I have a wasr that had a little mag wobble and used some thin scrap laying around and brought it up even with the mag well opening left a little extra space for different maya as we all know not all mags are alike
