Help find older SKS scope mount

I have a guy that is looking for a scope mount that slides on and mounts to a bar on the reciever I am pretty sure these were done when they first started importing them maybe by Navy arms he want to find the part that locks to the bar and has the scope mounted on it does anyone know of a source for these

The Navy Arms scopes and mounts are not very common. I do not know of any retail source for them. I sold a Navy Arms type mount and scope recently for that rail. It was the thumbscrew type mount and the other is the type 89. They range in the $165 to $300 range. Pretty uncommon but once in a while on Gunbroker etc. They came with 4X20 Red Start scopes and the smaller 2.75X18 scopes and a variable power 3 to 5X (very uncommon)
