PSO 6x36 Low Profile Illuminated Rifle Scope

I just got a brand new PSO 6X36mm scope but it came fitted with a vertical rangefinding reticle instead of the soviet military type. Can anyone tell me how to calculate the range with this reticle? It is meant to tell you how distant a 1.5 meter moose is but I am not intending on going hunting for big game with my PSL. I will be shooting mostly at a target 1x1 foot from 100 yards.
