New Toy For The Wife!! (Work Safe)

Was at Jim's today (cuz I was in the neighborhood picking up pistol purchase permits anyways, rght?) and I remembered my wife pointing through the glass at one of the Kel Tec P-11's and saying "those are SOOO cute,..now thats a gun I like".

Me being of the "better to ask for forgiveness than permission" school of thought decided to look-see and sure enough I found a much-more-gooder Kel Tec, the PF-9. Perfect size fit for her, still a decent 9mm caliber, and has gotten alot of decent reviews (after the initial release worked through some problems.) Only down side is a 7+1 mag, but hell, its about this <----> big, so I can't ask for everything.

She was appropriately "pissed" for about eight seconds and seems to be quite taken with it now. Even came with an all day, unlimited range pass for a day. I'm happy, she's happy, Jim's Gun Jobbery is happy, Kel Tec is happy,...all in all a good trip to get a pistol permit! :tongue_sm

A buddy of mine has one, great conceal carry gun. My hands are a litttle too big for it, it would be awesome for someone with smaller hands.

Tell him Kel-Tec is recalling them AGAIN,...the job they did on the chamber is now too LONG (reference linky here about half way down with pics of new and old barrels (http://www.mouseguns.com/pf9rev/pf9rev.htm) ). Just enough validity to keep him with that smile upside down til X-mas. Watch your nuts when he finds out you were in cahoots with his old lady,...some guys are funny like that :rofl_smal !!
