XDM40 conealed carry options?

Just bought the Springfield Armory XDM40 and IM IN LOVE!!!!!!!!!!! this is def the finest auto pistol I have ever held and shot.

just went through an all day class and some time in the next 60 days ill be getting my Utah concealed carry permit in the mail. (Utah ccp is recognised in 32 sister states.)

now... any of you that own this gun what kind of concealed carry options do I have? I know this gun is a little large for concealment but I just want to explore my options. this is the first automatic that I would actualy trust my life to. for riding around on the wheeler and range use I have the factory plastic holster and a uncle mikes canvas holster with the thumb strap but im looking for something a little more hidden. perhaps on my hip or slightly behind my hip on the right side.

Welcome to the XD fan club. Right after my CCDW class here in Kentucky, I bought an XD9 Sub Compact, and I ain't looked back since.

I used mt ever-faithfull M9 during the class, but she's just too chunky to carry. [i](Don't tell here I said that, she's sensitive!)

I've got an XD45 5 inch tactical. The only good way I've found to conceal it is during fall and winter. I can put it in a paddle holster that rides a little high and put it under a fleece zip up vest that rides a little low. It conceals it pretty good, but it would be hard to get it out fast in a stressful situation. All I can say is wear layers and baggy clothes.

Im thinking about the super tuck holster. It looks prety comfterble. the xdm40 (same size as the xd45 tac.) is def a little large for concealed carry but my gun funds are a little stressed for a while.
