I'm beginning to get a less than warm fuzzy feeling from them....

I for one will never buy any product from an organization that says body armor is "restricted" and therefore will not be sold to so-called civilians.

I never cease to be amazed that companies like this one buy into the lie that public employees paid by the taxpayer, and with subsidies, rebates, and/or full issuance of equipment paid for by the taxpayer, are by definition, to be trusted and we the public are all suspect.

A well known D.C. case ended years ago with the Judges stating unequivacally that the police have NO duty to save or defend the public, only to preserve some sort of order. In some jurisdictions within the U.S. the absolute fastest reaction time for police is 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes or more based on distance and other calls. In addition, if you look at the possibilities for attacks against law abiding citizens by scum armed with guns and knives you begin to see a picture that is grim and sorely in need of the image of body armor on the law-abiding citizen.

This company has management with an attitude that is short sighted.
That attitude is the result of a totalitarian mind-set.
That attitude is the result of the brainwashing of the people that wear a badge.
That attitude says there is "us" and "them"...not "we" the citizens of the USA.
That attitude will be encouraged and nurtured by some who want to have a cadre of LEOs ready to attack and "neutralize" any citizen that "they" define as a "threat". That attitude produced WACO, RUBY RIDGE, the Evian Gonzalez incident, and numerous less well known tragedies. Read the CATO Institue Report on the militarizaton of the police. It is chilling.

There is no reason on earth why we civvies shouldnt be allowed to have or own B.A. Thats the problem with things now, theres so many people out there who wanna 'sissyfy' our country. The only reason these people(the kind of people who are all for banning guns completely) have their heads is becuz a man stodd with a weapon of some sort and probably DIED for their freedom to talk the SH*T they do. I'm sicjk of that kinda crap...F'em, I got no time for people like that.

armor restricted? Better inform the guy selling a ballistic vest at the local bazaar/consignment store or the several army surplus stores selling surplus helmets and armor
Sorry that's just a first for me

Do they understand that the NON-law abiding citizens already have any type of weapon/armor/gadget they need and/or want? If they don't have it, they can steal it. I can make anyone on this forum a "active duty military" on paper in about 5 minutes....I fax that in or mail it in and that makes it "secure'. These guys are jackasses.
