When you say "Romanian" bipod...do you mean the bipod with the adjustable legs?. Thats what Im looking for.

Yep, seen them at the Cross Roads show, Im certian that the clamp in the leg ones, were PKM bipods.
The bipod I'm looking for is the Romanian issue bipod for their RPK's permenently attached , with wingnut adjustable legs....see pic below.

Yeah - I took an hour off sunday morning and spent most of it out in the tents with Northridge. I was so tempted to buy some, but I couldn't figure out what I'd do with them.
I still think RPD, because I have a couple of PKMs and the clamp I think is larger diameter. I'll measure my RPD later on and see if its the same barrel diameter as the PKM gas cylinder diameter.
My Romy RPK does not have adjustable legs.

Thanks, I'd like to know that. Heres a pic of my AES 10B and the bipod you guys put on it for me.

The Romanian RPKs at one time definitely had adjustable legs. A couple years ago I bought and sold about 125 Romanian RPK kits, and about half of them came through with adjustable legs. The other half had either fixed legs or sadly, no bipod at all.
