Are Chin. SKS 75 round drums worth $140?

Saw 1 at last show a month ago, was tempted and did research on them, seems to be a good price and they seem to work! It was new in wrap chin.
I think i will see dealer at show next weekend, should i get it? If still available. :uhoh_smal
